Here’s a nifty app to satisfy most, if not all, of your file organising needs. Simply named: File Organiser. Developed and maintained by a friend of mine, supacode.

Licensed under GPL, you can download it here for free (512KB). It is now version 1.2.

Since it is developed using MS .NET platform, you’d need to install MS .NET Framework 2.0. Download here (broadband recommended, 22MB).
