Swedish herring & the morning after girls
The Swedish herring dinner was really delightful. It was practically the whole shebang; a few different types of herring, eggs, cod roe, potatoes, knäckebröd, plus the Tuborg+Absolut treatment. Everyone who turned up was impressed. Heck, there were even a few vegetarians willing to give the fish a go. I’ll try to post some pics when I can get a solid gallery plugin running.
As planned, we went to The Troubadour afterwards. Turned out also most people went home after the dinner. So there were just me, Ola, Monica, Johan and Johanna. And oh we met Svein there at some point. Yep we did see the The Morning After Girls. They were ok. Nothing exhilarating. Ola and I thought the music was kinda good although the vocals were kinda bad.
One cool thing is that I found out they have Zubrowka at The Troubadour. Awesome!
Thus, generally speaking, it was a good night.
